The Holiday Inn Minneapolis Metrodome is pleased to provide overnight accommodations for guests of the Marimba 2010 International Festival and Conference.

1. Visit the Holiday Inn Minneapolis Metrodome Web site at www.metrodome.com
2. Enter your personal reservation information (i.e. arrival and departure dates)
3. Include in the Group Booking Code box “MPE"
4. Click on “Availability Search” and you will be taken to the group rate set up for the conference. 

   Please be sure to include only dates of the conference block in the request.  If a request is made outside the block dates, the website will say no rooms are available because it is not finding group block rooms on one or more dates.

Guests may also always call 1-800-HOLIDAY in the United States to make reservations.  When making reservations, please refer to the above Group Booking Code or mention the Marimba 2010 Conference to insure you get group rates.  Outside the United States, there are international numbers you may call.  International reservation numbers are available online. Be sure to specify our hotel with the name Holiday Inn Minneapolis Metrodome and mention the Group Booking Code mentioned above.
 
Transportation to and from the Holiday Inn Minneapolis Metrodome
 
Holiday Inn Minneapolis Metrodome is pleased to offer complimentary car service between the Metrodome Light Rail Station and the hotel for guests coming from MSP Airport and not wishing to drive.  Please take the following steps:

1. at MSP Airport, follow signs for “Ground Transportation” to the Light Rail Train station and purchase your ticket for approximately $2 from the self-service machine.
2. Board the trains running approximately every 10 minutes during the day towards downtown Minneapolis and exit the train at Metrodome/Downtown East Station.
3. Call the hotel at 1-612-333-4646 and ask for the shuttle to pick you up (if you do not have a cell phone with you, call before leaving the airport as there is no phone at the station).
4. The shuttle will come to pick you up shortly between the hours of 7AM – 1045PM.
